Se puede aplicar sobre cualquier material de construcción, yeso, cemento, escayola, etc. Su aplicación puede ser a brocha, rodillo o proyectado a pistola. Antes de su aplicación el paramento debe estar completamente limpio, seco y libre de cualquier contaminante con poca adherencia como polvo, grasa, ceras o salitre.
No se debe aplicar a temperaturas inferiores a 5ºC o superiores a 35ºC.
