Water-based primer for metallic surfaces
Waterborne anti-rust De la Peña primer is formulated as a combination of acrylic copolymer emulsions of the highest quality. This grants it excellent properties of adherence, flexibility, resistance to abrasion and to weather. This primer may be used as a sealer prior to finishing with all kinds of enamels (acrylic, alkyd, etc.), both water and solvent-based. Due to its high percentage of emulsion and anticorrosion pigments, it is suitable both as a primer and as a finishing coat.

This product can be used both for interior and exterior. It can be applied to ferrous metal surfaces, cement, plaster, concrete, brick, stonework, etc., by brush, roller or spray. Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, rust, soap, wax, scaling paint, water soluble materials, and mildew. Do not apply when air and surface temperatures are below 5° C or above 35º C.
