Jaime Vázquez began his career in the new category MXSub 18 takin part in the Motocross Championship in Madrid from this season. The inaugural event was held in the town of Las Rozas and 16 pilots took part in the test. The rain fell the previous days has conditioned the ground a lot , which has made it impossible to ride without maximizing precautions. Naturally climatology clearly focused on the performance of pilots, since having a bad start it is impossible to ridel fast and recover positions.
Indeed it has been what has happened to Jaime in the first series, the pilot Sergio Aguirre had a bad maneuver and hurt Jaime taking him to the ground. There Jaime had to recompose in order not to lose too much time and began its recovery, classifying in the seventh position. In the second race he had his best result being 5th and this has motivated the joy of the team and has made it clear that Jaime will fight for the podium in the category during the rest of the season. Jaime adds up 30 points in the provisional and goes in the 6th place.
Jaime´s campaign #99 will continue next March 24 with the second round of the regional government of Madrid in the circuit of Villarejo de Salvanés.
